Chef Husereau
A world of experience and a fresh culinary approach are what Chef David
George Husereau brings to the Tekarra Restaurant. Our Alberta born
Chef Husereau heard the culinary call at a young age of only 13.
Since then he
has gathered experience and expertise for over 20 years in some
of Canada's finest restaurants and hotels. He has also had the
good fortune of joining
some great chefs in places such as Maui, Hawaii and on different
assignments around the globe. In the winter of 2001 he traveled
as an ambassador with the Hawaiian Visitors and Convention Bureau
heading a crew of 20 chefs at the Ritz Taichung in Taipei, Taiwan.
